Dark Milk Chocolate + Ancho Chile & Pistachio (85g / 3oz)
James Beard Award-winning Cafe Pasqual's in Sante Fe, NM has long been a favorite restaurant of the Askinosie family, who have been visiting Sante Fe regularly for over 25 years. So the idea to collaBARate™ on a chocolate bar with founder and chef, Katharine Kagel, came naturally. With a heavy nod to the American Southwest, this flavor-forward bar is made with our single origin dark milk chocolate (made with goat's milk) and features ancho chile, pistachios, and Maldon sea saltall carefully selected ingredients that complement one another with their complexity. We hope this bar takes you on a flavor journey, just like the rich, bold dishes at Cafe Pasqual's.

Dark Milk + Black Licorice (85g / 3oz)
This single origin dark milk is 62% Davao, Philippines chocolate with goat's milk, organic sugar, and Fleur de Sel sea salt. The bottom of the bar is sprinkled with salted black licorice that is hand crafted by our friends at Lakristfabriken in Ramlosa, Sweden. We add a touch of anise seed for an addition burst of flavor and texture. This bar has also won several awards: a 2011 silver medal from the London Academy of Chocolate; a 2012 Silver Award from the National Association of Specialty Food Trade; and  2012 Gold and Silver awards for Best Flavored Milk Chocolate Bar in the Americas and the World from the International Chocolate Awards.

Dark Chocolate + Intelligentsia Coffee (85g / 3oz)
Single origin chocolate meets single origin coffee in a carefully sourced and meticulously hand crafted culinary experience. The coffee origin changes with Intelligentsia's in-season sourcing. Currently, this bar features Intelligentsia's directly sourced and organic coffee from La Perla, de Oaxaca, Mexico infused into a 70% Davao, Philippines dark chocolate. Like us, Intelligentsia works directly with their producers to develop exceptional coffee, and invests continuously into realizing that quality in every cup.

Dark Chocolate + Malted Milk (85g / 3oz)
This single origin dark chocolate is a 60% Tenende, Tanzania chocolate, infused with malted milk and crafted in partnership with Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams. We were inspired by the way Jeni's pasteurizes raw milk and cream from small herds of grass-pastured cows to make their intensely creamy, milky ice creams. This bar has a velvety texture with rich, sweet notes of strawberry, vanilla, and floral. 

Dark Chocolate + Crunchy Sugar Crystals and Vanilla Bean (85g / 3oz)
We partnered with our friend Ari and his carefully-curated specialty foods company, Zingerman's to create this rustic, mexican style chocolate. This single origin dark chocolate is 70% Davao, Philippines with vanilla bean across the back of the bar. The bar is un-conched and refined very little to give the sugar crystals a coarser, crunchy texture.
