We handcraft this 58% dark chocolate with cocoa beans we source directly from our farmer partners (pictured) in Mababu, Tanzania. We blend in crisp peppermint for a minty-fresh kick and a touch of cardamom for a warming finish. It’s a refreshing twist on a classic flavor combination.
