Healthcare policy expert and chocolate aficionado Zeke Emanuel is a longtime friend of the factory and a fan of our Direct Trade business model. He is a supporter of Chocolate University and even a one-time Good Food Award judge. A few years ago he challenged us to work with him to create the “best chocolate in the world.”
We started our Zeke product family in the Fall of 2017 with a micro-batch bar made of Madagascar beans. Our customers loved it! We’ve continued to collaborate with Zeke, and each bar we’ve released has been crafted to highlight the unique flavor profile of the Criollo bean, widely considered to be the best of the best.
