White Chocolate Bars

We’re some of the only chocolate makers in the world making real white chocolate from scratch. Why? Because most chocolate makers aren’t pressing their own cocoa butter-- the main ingredient in white chocolate. We press ours in our factory from the same direct trade beans we use for all our other chocolate bars. Plus, we add a little goat’s milk powder and organic cane sugar--that’s it--to create our famous, single origin, bean to bar white chocolate.
