We make our dark chocolate bars with single origin, direct trade cocoa beans we source from smallholder farmers in Ecuador, Tanzania, the Amazon and the Philippines. With just three ingredients--cocoa beans, house-pressed cocoa butter and organic cane sugar--our award-winning dark chocolate bars showcase the complexity of cacao through the delicious, unique, and unadulterated flavor of each origin’s beans.
