Chocolate Dipped Pretzels

Easy to make and even easier to snack on, these simple chocolate covered pretzel rods are dipped in melted Askinosie Dark Chocolate and topped with chopped nuts, freeze-dried fruit, white chocolate shavings or shredded coconut. Make a double batch and gift some to friends or family! 

Makes approx. 25-30

What You'll Need:
12 oz. Askinosie Bulk Dark Chocolate Bars
12 oz. Pretzel Rods 
Optional Toppings: chopped nuts, freeze-dried fruit, white chocolate shavings or shredded coconut.

Directions:
Melt chocolate over a double boiler, being careful not to scorch. 
Dip pretzels rods in chocolate. Use a spatula to help you cover 3/4 of the rod. Lightly shake to remove any extra chocolate.
Placing rod over the baking sheet lined with parchment paper, sprinkle with your choice of toppings, gently twisting the rod to make sure all sides are covered. Place rod on a lined baking sheet to set. Repeat for the rest of the pretzel rods until all chocolate or pretzels are used.
Place baking sheets in the refrigerator for 10 minutes to set. Remove from the refrigerator and enjoy!
