Creating new products is one of my favorite parts of my job. I love working hand-in-hand with our Head Chocolate Maker to ideate and sample numerous iterations of new chocolatey things–most of which never see the light of day! But the ones that do, it’s because we’re in love with them. As such, it’s always difficult for me to pick my favorites. My go-to’s ebb and flow, usually based on what’s new or seasonal. The following products are my current favorites and also my top gifts this year (I know, my friends are no longer surprised anymore by their gifts, but usually they seem pretty pleased :) Each offering listed below is limited edition, handmade, and selling fast!

Peppermint Bark Sipping Chocolate: A festive take on our classic Sipping Chocolate, this seasonal version is in constant rotation at my house during the holidays. Made with morsels of our cult-favorite Peppermint Bark, it’s currently my daughter Goldie’s favorite form of hot chocolate!
Gifting Tip: My go-to stocking stuffer, slip this jolly drink snugly into stockings this year.
Tasting Tip: One of my favorite cocktails during the holidays is a Brandy Alexander– try sprinkling a few morsels of this on top as a festive garnish.
Cranberry Sauce White Chocolate Bar: Our team had so much fun creating this seasonal white chocolate bar, and the one below. We think you can taste the joy in the final product. This bar contains all the tartness of cranberry sauce (plus a little lemon zest) with a base of sweet, creamy white chocolate. You better believe I’m serving this at our upcoming Friendsgiving!
Serving Tip: Break up a bar and serve in a dish (bonus points if it's Grandma's vintage china). Trust me; your holiday dinner guests will thank you!
Sweet Potato Pie White Chocolate Bar: Sweet Potato Pie is a tradition in our family, and so we packed all of that savory into every square of this white chocolate wonder. Then we took it a step further by sprinkling toasted mini marshmallows on the back! It’s coming with me to all my upcoming holiday gatherings.

Since I live in Austin, “winter weather” takes on a different meaning, but that doesn’t stop me from celebrating. Made with our Peppermint Dark Chocolate Bar, these cookies bring the cooling flavor of peppermint to the forefront. Pair it with a mug of Sipping Chocolate, and suddenly everything seems a bit more holly jolly- even if it is 80 degrees outside!
