70% Barrel-Aged Dark Chocolate Bar

When we heard we'd won a 2026 Good Food Award for this limited edition bar, we knew we had to reissue it. This bar is available in extremely limited quantities.

We've recreated one of our most decorated bars ever and we think this is the best version yet. We aged robust Trinitario cocoa nibs (the inside of the bean) for two years (!!) in heavy-char rye whiskey barrels from Blackland Distillery. This process imparts subtle notes of singed oak and malty smoke with underlying tones of balanced whiskey-vanilla-sweetness.

It’s our most quietly complex bar yet and it’s in limited supply. We have a finite number of these aged nibs, so once these bars are sold out they’re gone for good. Pairs perfectly with cozy evenings, a glass of rye whiskey or a cheese plate. 

This mellow chocolate bar is vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free.
