What do you get when you age robust Trinitario nibs in oak whiskey barrels for five years? A soft and mellowed chocolate with subtle notes of malty smoke, charred oak and mild whiskey-vanilla-sweetness. Pairs perfectly with cozy evenings, a glass of peaty Scotch or a cheese plate. It’s our most quietly complex bar yet and it’s in limited supply. We have a finite number of these aged nibs, so once these bars are sold out they’re gone for good.

This mellow chocolate bar is vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free.

Toasted vanilla, marshmallow sweetness & malty, salty graham cracker.

Processed in a facility that also processes milk, peanuts, tree nuts and wheat.
