6 oz. Askinosie Single Origin Roasted Cocoa Nibs
1 ounce lime juice
1 ounce simple syrup
Topo Chico Sparkling Mineral Water
Fresh Limes to garnish, sliced
Steep Roasted Cocoa Nibs in 1/2 gallon of cold water for 6 hours. Use a mesh strainer to separate 4.5 oz. of nib brew and pour over ice. Mix in simple syrup + lime juice. Add a splash of Topo Chico & enjoy!
